Specifically created for larger-scale projects that include construction work, this service includes everything from concept to completion. Together, we’ll bring the project from an idea in your head to reality in your home via detailed design drawings, custom cabinetry and furniture designs; lighting and electrical plans; and material selections, such as flooring, hardware, light fixtures, fabrics, wallcoverings, furnishings and paint colours.
Each phase of the project is quoted and billed separately so that you can choose how much or how little you want to utilize our services. We’re here to help you along the way or handle the whole thing for you … you choose!

Getting on the same page …
Includes: space planning to develop floor plans and furniture layout options; kitchen and bathroom layout options discussed and an overall project vision is established; initial material and colour palettes are presented; agreement on design direction and initial project budget.

Bringing the concept to life …
Includes: all materials and finishes related to the construction/renovation are selected such as plumbing, flooring, electrical; custom millwork and other cabinetry is designed; a complete design drawing package is created with 2D/3D renderings; a detailed presentation of all selections is done and the construction FF&E budget is approved.

Taking it to the next level …
Includes: detailed furniture plans are developed and all furnishings and decor are sourced; custom furniture is designed; light fixtures and other hardware is selected and all decor elements are finalized; presentation of material samples and detailed FF&E budget for approval.

Includes: construction and trade work; custom furnishing production; procurement of all materials and furnishings; detailed budget tracking and monitoring order progression; on-site project coordination and site visits.

Includes: styling items and accessories planned and procured; art curation and installation; final photoshoot and the big reveal!
Our Five-Phase Design Process:
Design fees for a complete project covering all phases typically fall in the range of $20,000 to $25,000, depending on the size and complexity of the project.
Should you decide to use our services for just some of the project phases, you’ll have access to on-call design assistance during the remainder of your project at a preferred hourly rate.
